Chef Bradley gained an early appreciation for healthy, well-prepared food and his interest for cooking was fueled when he received A Charlie Brown Cookbook as a gift! Lucy's Scrambled Eggs was his favorite recipe—he never tired of cooking it, but his family sure got sick of eating it!

The native Texan's interest in cooking was matched by his love for music—singing, playing and composing. His introduction to Texas Country Music was accompanied by festivals and camp outs that combined great Texas music with great Texas cooking! BBQ grills and smokers of every variety sparked his interest and he began to experiment with brisket, ribs, ham, turkey, chicken and sausage. He even created his own BBQ sauces to compliment and enhance his cooking. "I am a chef today because I was a musician first," says Bradley, "and because my many music festival friends encouraged me to attend culinary school."
